RideConnect is an early-stage mobility startup focused on providing people a platform to leverage their social network for carpooling and ridesharing.

Working with the startup team at RideConnect I provided partnership development strategies and customer communications support - closing a thousand outstanding customer tickets in less two weeks with streamlined processes in ZenDesk.

As the communications consultant for RideConnect, I blogged about new developments in the ridesharing and ride-hailing industries; infusing posts with data, infographics, and user insights. A recent finalist in Austin’s City:One Challenge, I’m excited to see how they change the ridesharing landscape.
